Prepared Foods Menu

At Valley Girls Gourmet, we recognize that today’s parents are busier than ever.  We offer a selection of wholesome family dinners that parents can feel good about feeding their families.

Our prepared foods are delivered to your home on a day to be designated between you, as a client, and Valley Girls Gourmet. We will provide heating instructions for all meals, and you can use them at your discretion during the week.

The cost is $50 for a typical meal that feeds a family of 4.

Meals that include premium ingredients may have an upcharge.

For families larger than 4, each additional person will be $10.

Tilapia in a Tomato Broth with Pignoli Nuts and Parsley (Add $5)

Baked Panko Crusted Chicken

Rotisserie Chicken

Pan Roasted Chicken with Onions and Mushrooms

Marinated and Grilled London Broil (Add $5)

Oven Roasted Lemon Chicken

Pork Chops – breaded or with Soy sauce and onions (Add $5)

Shrimp Kabobs with Coconut Rice (Add $5)
